'Take One' Glazed Card Holders

This piece started as a white, brittle ceramic card holder, and using special glazing paints, I painted the colors in. Then, this piece got baked in a kiln, giving the wet, glazed look. This cardholder is sitting happily in a not-very-formal office, as you can see with the decorations in the background.
